'Mid Week Short Breaks' may be booked at any time during the periods shown in Red. Periods shown in 'black' may be available for short breaks within 28 days of arrival. A mid week break is defined as any period of 3 to 5 nights which does not include a Friday and/or Saturday nights

Note: There is a 2% credit card transaction charge (not for debit cards) to cover our costs.
  • The above prices are for a 'x night Mid Week'. A mid week break is defined as any period of 3 to 5 nights which does not include a Friday and/or Saturday nights. Typical bookings are from 3.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on day of departure although alternatives and 2 night breaks are also available upon request.
  • Prices shown in Black can only be booked 28 days in advance.
  • The above prices include 'reasonable' use of electricity, central heating and other utility charges (see terms and conditions)
  • We reserve the right to charge a 'Fuel Surcharge' if utility costs increase by more than 20% (see terms and conditions)
  • VAT is charged at the current rate
  • linen and tea towels are provided but please bring bath/hand towels (included for overseas guests)
  • Deposit of 20% is required with booking
  • In cottages with Log burning stoves a complementary basket of logs is provided.
  • Balance due 28 days before arrival
