Over Haddon

Our Peak district Cottages are
about a miles from the Derbyshire village of Over Haddon.
A relaxing 15-20 mins summer walk across the fields to a
rewording pint at the Lathkill Hotel (pub) is well worth the
effort (although do remember it is up hill all the way
back). Once a mining village, overlooking Lathkill Dale, this
once teaming village is now a sleepy little hamlet off the
beaten track. The magnificent views from the village are
worth a visit in themselves. In summer the annual 'Well
Dressing' is a big attraction.
